Iraq accounts for a small percentage of our oil imports. The Saudi's are have ecconomal problems. The average income is down about 50% from what is was. They cannot aford to cut production. There going to keep trying to fill their coffers. The little oil states are afraid of Iraq and I doubt they are gonna stop sending oil to us. If there is a shortage, it will because of panic and gouging (like what happened after 9-11). Its gonna go up a little but I don't think I would loose much sleep over it.
