Uhaul sure is bad. I reserved a truck and trailer to haul a forklift about 75 miles. I showed up for the truck and trailer and was told they cancelled my reservation, but they didn't call to tell me they cancelled. I complained to the corporate HQ and got a call from the lady that runs the local Uhaul. She offered several excuses, and as I talked she offered several more excuses. She finally found out I wanted to haul a forklift and offered another excuse that Uhaul is only for household, I can't haul equipment with a Uhaul. She offered me a coupon for my next haul and I refused and told her there will be no next time because I can't trust her or Uhaul.
