There is indeed a belt pulley attachment for the 4020, shown on page 50-81 of PC 0859. It is used with 1000 rpm pto. I suggest that if it fits the 4020, it will also fit a 4630, although I can't imagine why anyone would want to do that. If John Deere had a pulley attachment, prhaps IH or Oliver or Case etc had one as well. What the John Deere Belt Pulley attachment was rated for horsepower, I couldn't say. Perhaps the thing would still fit on a 200hp 4960!
