This is not meant as a smartaleck statement, but is there not a tube in it? I'm sure there are some mounted tubless but have only dealt with tube type tire on the rear. Other wise I would break the bead down and clean both the wheel and tire real good. If you could go ahead and take the tire all the way off a small hand grinder with a wire brush makes pretty quick work of cleaning the wheel. i have done my share of tire work this hay season thats for sure. When remounting the tires and seating the beads I like to spray a soapy water solution on the tire to help it too slide on the wheel easier, have used WD-40 as well but mostly the water/soap solution.
