Farmall H 9X38 rim question.....

I have just finished patching my 9X38 farmall H rim that was eaten out around the valve stem hole. I now want to drill another hole at a better spot on the rim. The problem is that I am not sure of the hole size since it was destroyed by calcium corrosion. Can anyone tell me the proper hole size? Thanks a bunch....DWeeb
