I have a show car and store it year around. The garage has a vapor barrier under the concrete so moisture does not penetrate the floor. I use a car cover with plastic over that. The plastic eliminates any fine dust from getting on and penetrating the cover. Note: Concrete is porous and water does penetrate it from below, that�s a fact. If there is no vapor barrier under the concrete put plastic on the floor then driver the car over it.
