first of all, moisture does NOT come up through the floor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! moisture in the air condenses on any cool surface. put in some vents near the roof. approx 2 square feet, not 2 feet square, at opposite ends of the wall. natural circulation should keep 99% of the humidity out. in a similar manner, if needed to store outside do NOT wrap in plastic. use a tarp that can breathe to keep humidity out.
