Smoother gooseneck trailering??

I saw an ad about the new Demco product called Glider Coupler. Demco is a farm equipment mfg at Boyden, IA and apparently saw a need for a smoother ride when goosenecking. The ad shows that you replace your gooseneck tube with one of their's. At the bottom where the ball goes in is a large square box looking thing that must hold some kind of shock absorbers, they call it a parallel coupler. Just wondering if anyone has tried it. If it works I will buy one even though it costs $365.
