Always the bargain after double bankruptcy. The 3208 should have the pan dropped, and bearings checked at least every 2K hours. A better runner than the 4-150, but the center hinge & drive shaft were flipped and severely strengthened on the 4- 210, which replaced your 4-180. If you like what you bought, watch for 4-210's at auction, a far better Cat powered, updated & upgraded 4 wheeler. Remember, with farm tractors, the winners were the losers. Good luck.
