HELP!!!!! I NEED A QUESTION ANSWERED QUICK!!!

I am about to buy a 720 JD gas. The guy says it doesnt have power steering. I thought all 720's had power steering. He says it has a 4 bar steering wheel of which is bigger than most and those were only on non power steering models, and if it had power steering then it would have a 3 bar steering wheel. Is he pulling my leg or is this true?
