A friend of mine bought a Fordoson. There was no water on the radiator. He puts water 3 days ago and there's no external leaks, oil is black but clean of water. Cleaned the diesel tank and put new fuel and filters. The battery is dead. He have a few questions. How many amps need to start the engine? The old battery looks really big, more or less 150 Ah, he will try with a 100 Ah, What do you think? About the engine oil, what is better, start the engine with the old oil, warm up, and finally put new filters and oil or change filters and oil before first start? Any suggestions to start the engine? eter? gasoline? Thank you guys.
