Renault 651-4, Q. for DSL, but open to anyone else.

I have seen them on neibhors farm and fairs when I was younger. I don't know if they were sold elsewhere but they bare close resemblance to oliver 1365 and other Fiat made tractors. Was it a french copy of a Fiat, do parts interchange? They seemed sturdy and strong and I still see some on the used market.
