I use my tractor for loader and grading work a lot. The foot throttle is handy for hustling between the pile and the dump site, leave the hand throttle set for the right speed for powering into the pile. The differential lock is indispensable if you do loader/grader/backhoe work on rough ground. I can just step on it with my heel and walk off. If I had a nickel for every time it saved my bacon, I could go buy a new tractor...
