You are probably looking for a set of snap on duals if you don't have an axle long enough for hub mounts. Basically it is a regular rim with a spacer ring to space the tires apart. They are fastened together with latches that work alot like a chain binder. Most guys run used tires on the duals so the tire height is slightly less than the inside tires. By doing that they minimize the stress on the axle bearings from twisting but still get the desired flotation and traction.
