Assistance Needed about a Fiat 411R

A friend of my father's has a Fiat 411R, and he wants to fix it up, but he's having some problems. Mainly, finding a manual and a parts dealer. He has no idea how to check what year it is. I have, what he thinks, is the seriel number, but I'm not sure. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
