Thanks to y'all for the replies. While waiting for replies, I searched the archives on this site and found pretty much what you've said - that Permatran is the current MF fluid and that it works fine. A couple of the posts mentioned that they thought the 80/90 gear lube was a little too heavy. Based on that and your replies, I'll probably go ahead and use it. Yes, the Costco I'm referring to is the membership discount store, and they have the three fluids I mentioned in 5 gallon buckets. They are Costco branded. Y'all have a good holiday today, if that's what you're planning!
