Spoked Wheels for 1935 John Deere Model D

Howdy Fellas, I'm trying to put some rear spoked wheels I found several years ago on my 1935 John Deere Model D. These are six spline wheels and are marked "F&H HC 464 D" Can anyone tell me if this is the correct wheel for my tractor? They fit on the spline okay but they are loose in the spline and I didn't think this was normal. What are these wheels for if not the Model D as they are in excellent condition and are six spline wheels. I thought it was a 'shoe in' but now the shoe doesn't fit so well. Help me if you can.
