Around these parts we do not pay for admission. Almost every show gives a participant plaque and free admission to the exhibitor and one other person. In most cases that is the wife or sibling. Let the show expenses be covered by spectator admission fees. Most clubs around here usually raffle off a nice restored tractor or something like that. The biggest Allis show around here which is at Hutchinson,MN. has free admission even for spectators. The show's expenses are paid for by the proceeds of the tractor raffle. My friends feel very strongly about not paying entry fees for showing their tractors. We were just discussing this issue this very day at a tractor show in Dundas, MN.. My two cents worth, allisguy
