I think that LH is right, and so is the guy that says it happens at a lot of consinment sales.
I agree that it may not be right, or even legal in some states but it does happen and theres nothing you can do to stop it. I would rather buy from someone that I know, or from a person that was recommended to me by a trusted friend.
Remember what LH said "some people have gotten into trouble for posting certain comments, while others get away with it all the time". gottago
