I am only 21 years old but have some problems walking long distances or standing for long periods of time. I do not have a handicapped permit because under normal circumstances I do not need it, and I believe there are other people who need the parking space more than me. At a large show - 50 acres or more - it would be nice to have some sort of transportation around the exhibits. I know that my problems are not going to get better as I age. I believe that the elderly and handicapped have EVERY right to have a golf cart, small tractor, garden tractor, ATV, or whatever to help them get around. Rules need to be enforced regarding safety and a reasonable speed limit. Remember, guns don't kill people, people kill people. Steven
