Just guessing but it looks very similar to a Dearborn Economy plow I used to own. What throws me is the extension in the front of the plow and how the A-frame is built. Mine had a solid A-Frame and no extension. FWIW. Shins can be had from Agri-Supply. Don't have link but check google.com for addy.
