I would very weary of this tractor, especially at that price and it being available more than 5 minutes. With the loader that tractor should bring well over $6000 minimum. I did not look up the book value though so that price is just a guestimate on the value. We just sold one recently with the PTO stuck in gear and no loader for $4500. It was in great shape except for the PTO and a dead battery. $3000 is just too cheap so plan on spending the differance in the price of a 100% tractor to repair whatever is wrong with it to bring it up to useable condition. Then again, it just might be a great deal that you should not dare pass up. Hope this helps. K
