If the weights are like those on my LA, the key is to "spear" the weight in the hole in the center. I used a heavy duty boom on my three point, if you have a loader with forks or a hay spear, that should work. Spear the weight, pick up just a little, then park the lifting tractor securely. Take off the bolts or nuts, slide the weight up on the fork or boom a few inches (watch your fingers) and chain it in place. Get back on the lift tractor and drive away with it. I can install and remove the 713 pound weights on my LA by myself doing this.
