Jack that wheel up and remove the drum....Use a face mask and safety glasses and blou the break dust off every thing.....Look for something out of place ..move the lever that the magnet is attached to, as if you were applying the brake..watch to see if it is hanging up on something ...lube (wheel bearing grease) the moving parts and spots where the parts touch the backing plate (a Q tip works fine)...make sure the springs are holding the parts in place.....Inspect the magnet,if it was wore through ,it would not snap onto the drum,so I think it's OK......The only other thing is that magnet is getting 12v power from another source,that is on only when breaking....It's a long shot, but check the wireing,to see if that magnet wire is contacting the "break light" wire on the trailer.....but if it was, it would back feed the other three brakes.....I think the lever is hanging up in that wheel!!!!!
