not sure what the 4010 is rated as pulling, but 5-16's seems a bit much. we used to pull 4-16's behind a 4020 diesel, and that was plenty. on the other side, i don't know what type of ground you're pulling in. as far as the comments below about getting a smaller plow so you can go faster, use some restraint. a plow has to have reaction time for the trip mechanism to work. if you're plowing at 6 mph and hit a decent rock, you might be fixin it. if i remember right, back in the 60's, the dealers recommended about 4 mph as plowing speed (i could be off 1/2 mph+-). another thing to consider is wear on the shares, shins, and mouldbords. the faster you go, the more these heat up and wear away. a good set of shares (minus rock damage) will last me about 200 acres. at faster speeds, they only lasted 140, max. do what you like, but...been there, done it, didn't like it. as far as using a daul on the on-land side, i only put mine on for plowing when it's wet enough to cause slippage, otherwise the diff-lock and single tire does fine. by the way, i pull 5-18's behind a 4450 2wd (140 hp). just my opinion.
