WD45

I bought an Allis WD45 for a restoration project.
It came with an old trip loader, that wasn't on the tractor so I put it on, and as sone as I started the tractor it went up. The cluches were disenged, it didnot mater witch way the lever was it still went up as high as it could now I cant get it to come down.
