Look for broken bolts in the drive coupler going to the worm drive gearbox on the apron's head shaft. Been a long time, there could be a bolt on one end and a key on the other. There is also a 1/4" shearbolt somewhere on the top shaft of the two speed chain drive apparatus. If all else fails, put a 1/2 load in it and see where the power flow stops. If the input shaft to the worm gear box is turning, look for a sheared key on the gear fixed to the headshaft itself.
