Need Help with Ford 1964 or 1965!

My dad passed away and I got his tractor and want to restore it, but I don't know what year it was made in. He said 1965 my brother says 1964. I found these numbers on them; 21201 under this number is this number 69764. Can anyone tell by these numbers what I have. Thanks
