fan belt

I was going to replace the fan belt that had stretched off the pulleys. As I got started, I realized that the attachment of the hydraulic pump for the loader/backhoe would prevent getting the belt on and off. This must be a common problem. Does this mean that the only way to replace the fan belt is to remove the backhoe, remove the loader and remove the hydraulic pump? Is there an open ended belt that can be threaded on to the pulleys and spliced together. How does anyone else deal with this? Kevin Thurston
