Chevy Tractor Hauler Blues

I have a 1986 Chevy K20 which doubles as the tractor hauler. The exhaust manifolds on the 350 have a steel tubular manifold connected to them. Part of the primitive emissions controls. Problem is these steel tube manifolds are cracked and broken at the fittings where they connect to the engine manifold. It is like having about 4 exhaust leaks right at the engine. I know some of you out there have worked on these so I am open to suggestions about what to do. The right side one is no longer available from GM. I have some thoughts but I would like to hear yours first.
