TRACTOR PLANS???

does anyone besides CADplans sell plans of tractors to make???i'm interested in the CADtrac1500 plans from CADplans,but it's only 18 h.p. and i want to make a four-wheel drive tractor of say 25 to 35 h.p.preferably,articulated and all-hydraulic drive like the CADtrac(or magnatrac).i wrote to CADplans but heard no reply.please help!!!
