I'm not sure how you can spend $38K to $40K on a 2500 series Dodge CTD. I just bought a 2002 2500 CTD and it stickered @ $38K. It's got just about everything on it except heated tow mirrors, including 5 way heated leather, plow prep, camper package, auto, LSD, etc, etc. It is a shortbed and, oh yes, no $250 adder for two tone paint. And I was a comfortable distance from $38K.
