Dear sir, After reading your message and the responses, I am beginning to once again feel that we (Americans) are genuinely good, honest and generous folks. I am however surprised that nobody responded and recommended that you contact your local USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) under USDA or US Gov. in phone directory. These folks are professionals in land uses and land capabilities, and should give you an objective recommendation/advice.
