Careful with some Relators. I have looked at so called tillable land. I guess it could be if you picked rocks for 100 years and or brought in zillions of truck loads of tillable soil. At least in this country. As far as the tractor? Buy something newer! Unless your a better than average Mechanic/Fabricater/true blue Farmer? you will be happier with a newer tractor.
