sorry but no, higher humidity air contains less oxygen per unit volume which means that you have a reduced ability to make power. In a unit volume of dry air there is roughly 21% oxygen and 79% nitrogen plus other trace gasses. if you add water vapor to the unit volume of air it displaces some of the oxygen and nitrogen effectively reducing the ammount of oxygen per unit volume.
