Depending on the size of your two tractors, a 14K GVW sounds kind of light. As John said, his two loaded far back put 11K on trailer. I don't think you can do this safely long term considering your tires and trailer suspension. My suggestion is about a gooseneck, 25 ft. flat with dovetail behind with 9K or 10K axles. When I went from 7K single wheel axles to my current 9K dual wheel axles, I gained 2mpg from tow vehicle with similar loads.
