Excellent comments. Too many ametuers are hauling on the Interstate and State Highways with improperly secured loads. Have seen 3 loads dropped off trailers in the past 2 years. On a Sunday afternoon last October, a 4 wheeler dropped off a trailer on I 94 in North Dakota, in a construction zone (2 lanes) and came bouncing at me like a rubber ball - would have come thru the windshield at +100 mph. Jerks didn't have much to say after traffic was stopped in both directions. They should have received a citation. Keep reminding us how important it to secure the load.
