Huber value

I know where there is a Huber tractor on rubber. The man says it is all original and ran 6 years ago. i'm not sure of the model nuber or serial number. the paint is good, the tin is good, and it is stored inside. He is asking $1200. is that a good deal? any information would be apreciated. thanks. Mark Bradley
