Bill, I sold a Howard, 5ft rotovator, with gears, heavy duty, about 5 years ago for my cousin. I got $1800 for it, it was just like new!! I have been kicking myself in the butt ever since for not buying it for myself. I think it would take around 50HP tractor to do a good job with it. As soon as I sold it, I new I had screwed up.......I could of had it for $1500........
