I have found the best way to make a profit restoring tractors is to stay with tractors no older than 1965 and with a diesel engine,try to find them in fairly good mech.shape,maybe a few leaks or easy fixes,don't split them and put clutches,seals,exc. get them with decent sheet metal so you can put a good paint job and decals on them,the key is to make them pretty! you have to buy them ugly to make a profit.
