Approximate asking price for a JD 520.

I know a neighbor of mine that is selling his 195? JD 520 with original fenders, 3-point, and narrow front end. It has around 5300 hours on it and rebuilt 3 years ago. He wants me to give him a price for it but I don't want to "steal" it from him due to being neighborly. What is a good price to tell him?
