hot rod on the drivers left betwean the seat and the foot rest their is a disconnect lever sticking out of a the cover on the SOS just remove the bolt and use the steel bracket to turn it you mite have to rock it but block the wheels first and DO NOT use a wrench on it or you will be in trouble if you flip the bracket around you will see whare the bracket will line up when disengaged (I cant remember witch way to turn it but it will turn easy if you rock it)then reinstall the bracket and bolt and its OK to pull it I hope this helps if not repost on the Ford board good luck Rod MI
