Is This A Good Price?

A gentleman wants to sell his hay equipment for $25,000. He has a John Deere 375 Round Baler, John Deere 337 Square Baler, Vicon CM 22000 Cutter(three blades), Vicon 330 Fluffer, John Deere 1065 Hay Wagon, John Deere Rake (single). The equipment is approx. 10-15 years old. They were all bought new(one owner) and kept in a barn. The paint still looks new. The equipment was serviced by a John Deere dealer. Also, he will allow me to bale hay on approx. 300 acres of pasture land and purchase his his hay from me.
