If flushing doesn't help as suggested below, you might try replacing your radiator cap. If they don't hold adequate pressure it will leak as described. Also does your system only leak down to a certain level then stop? Cooling system capacities are designed to have some room for the coolant to expand and flow, thus most of them arent designed to be filled all the way to the neck.
