Fluid should be about 2/3. Less is ok, but that might be the sloshing. More is hard on the tire, not enough air cushion & it goes bad prematurly.

But I'm guessing. There are farmers good with bigger toys like yours on http://talk.newagtalk.com if you don't get a good reply from here. My big toy has cast weight on the inner wheel, all are dry.
