Me, I've always enjoyed smoking and did take up the chewing habbit on the job as it was pretty hard to smoke in clean rooms, food plants, etc. I have quit smoking a few times in my life as I was abusing it. I never had a problem when I quit smoking and just quit cold turkey. I didn't crave it like alot of people claim they do. When I quit chewing that was a whole new ball game. Someone would open there chew can to get a dip and I would smell it from 100ft away and my mouth would start to water. That was a very bad habbit for me to quit as it was the same feeling you get when your hungry. I have started to smoke again but will never chew again. If I ever crave a smoke I'll quit that too.
