I'd say you're range is pretty accurate bbott. I bought the same outfit 6 years ago for $7500. I use it all the time on the farm and have just changed the oil and had the starter rebuilt in 6 years. After sitting 5-6 years I would say you are at the low end of the range IF everything works and it isn't sloppy loose in the joints and controls. Sight unseen I would say $3000- $4000.
