It's a lot more of a 'time' thing than a 'brain' thing, for sure.

Get a tractor & back blade, with loader if you want, & scrape around for a while on the 10 loads of fill until it's level, sloped. You'll only be moving small layers, an inch or so, but that's ok. If you get a regular back blade, angle the blade, or you will get rolling hills you can't get rid of. A box blade might be a better tool for you, but I never used one?

Then feather out the 3 loads of black dirt, same way.
