belarus tractor help!

My sister and I have went through her owners manual to try to find out how to fix a problem and have gotten nowhere....she has a 57hp 4wd belarus and it doesn't want to move...we greased the cluth release and attempted to adjust the clutch but the photo in the book does not match her model. for some reason, when she pushes in the pto clutch, the tractor does move more than before. The engine and hydrolics work fine but it will not go....any help out there for two handy women?
