The 310,510 & 710 were built in Manheim for sale just about anywhere outside of the US.
They were pretty much Lance tractors upgraded engines. The 710 got the new Dubuque engine which was also later used in the US 20 series.
It appears they were on the market for the 63 to 66 production year.
